Wyniki bada\u0144 dotycz\u0105cych neuronalnych korelat\u00f3w poznania spo\u0142ecznego w schizofrenii wskazuj\u0105, i\u017c dysfunkcj\u0119 struktur zwi\u0105zanych z procesami rozpoznawania i wykrywania bod\u017ac\u00f3w spo\u0142ecznych (w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci za\u015b tylnej cz\u0119\u015bci bruzdy skroniowej g\u00f3rnej [<em>posterior Superior Temporal Sulcus, pSTS<\/em>]) obserwowa\u0107 mo\u017cna u SCZ r\u00f3wnie\u017c w odpowiedzi na szerokie spektrum zada\u0144 badaj\u0105cych procesy zwi\u0105zane z wy\u017cszymi pi\u0119trami poznania spo\u0142ecznego (np. rozpoznawanie emocji, EP; atrybucja stan\u00f3w umys\u0142owych, ToM). Jednocze\u015bnie, wskazuje si\u0119 aktualnie, i\u017c rola pSTS wykracza\u0107 mo\u017ce poza procesy percepcji spo\u0142ecznej (SP) i struktura ta mo\u017ce by\u0107 kluczowym w\u0119z\u0142em w kt\u00f3rym scalane s\u0105 informacje z r\u00f3\u017cnych sieci tzw. \u201em\u00f3zgu spo\u0142ecznego\u201d. G\u0142\u00f3wnym celem niniejszego projektu jest okre\u015blenie roli aktywno\u015bci sieci zwi\u0105zanej z przetwarzaniem informacji spo\u0142ecznych dla wy\u017cszych pi\u0119ter poznania spo\u0142ecznego w schizofrenii. W ramach projektu zweryfikowane zostan\u0105 nast\u0119puj\u0105ce hipotezy:<\/p>\n<p><strong>H1.<\/strong> U os\u00f3b zdrowych (HC), ale nie u SCZ, aktywno\u015b\u0107 pSTS ro\u015bnie wraz z wymaganiami zadania w zakresie przetwarzania informacji spo\u0142ecznych (percepcja niespo\u0142eczna &lt; SP &lt; EP &lt; ToM).<\/p>\n<p><strong>H2.<\/strong> U HC, ale nie u SCZ, obserwowa\u0107 mo\u017cna wzmo\u017con\u0105 \u0142\u0105czno\u015b\u0107 funkcjonaln\u0105 pomi\u0119dzy pSTS a cia\u0142em migda\u0142owatym w trakcie EP oraz pomi\u0119dzy pSTS a przy\u015brodkow\u0105 kor\u0105 przedczo\u0142ow\u0105 w trakcie ToM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H3.<\/strong> Zaburzenia aktywno\u015bci pSTS u SCZ \u0142\u0105cz\u0105 si\u0119 ze zmniejszon\u0105 modulacj\u0105 potencja\u0142\u00f3w wywo\u0142anych (ERP) w trakcie przetwarzania informacji spo\u0142ecznych. Analogicznie zaburzenia \u0142\u0105czno\u015bci funkcjonalnej pSTS powi\u0105za\u0107 mo\u017cna ze zmniejszon\u0105 koherencj\u0105 EEG.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Zastosowana metoda badawcza\/metodyka<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Prowadzona w okresie 2017\/2018 i 2018\/2019 cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 projektu (B1) zak\u0142ada, przeprowadzenie badania w trakcie kt\u00f3rego uczestnicy wykonywa\u0107 b\u0119d\u0105 ten sam zestaw dw\u00f3ch zada\u0144 eksperymentalnych (Z1 i Z2) zwi\u0105zanych z przetwarzaniem bod\u017ac\u00f3w spo\u0142ecznych, kt\u00f3re prezentowane b\u0119d\u0105 przy u\u017cyciu animacji przedstawiaj\u0105cych ruch osoby za pomoc\u0105 tzw. \u201epunkt\u00f3w \u015bwietlnych\u201d (Z1), lub te\u017c zdj\u0119\u0107 twarzy o r\u00f3\u017cnym wyrazie emocjonalnym (Z2). W trakcie prezentacji ka\u017cdego z bod\u017ac\u00f3w (3 s.) osoby badane b\u0119d\u0105 musia\u0142y odpowiedzie\u0107 (T\/N) na pytanie, kt\u00f3re wy\u015bwietlane by\u0142o przez dwie sekundy przed przedstawieniem bod\u017aca. Poszczeg\u00f3lne pytania odnosi\u0107 b\u0119d\u0105 si\u0119 do proces\u00f3w percepcji spo\u0142ecznej (pytania odno\u015bnie p\u0142ci); rozpoznawania emocji (pytania odno\u015bnie stanu afektywnego) i proces\u00f3w teorii umys\u0142u (pytania odno\u015bnie potencjalnych przyczyn prezentowanego stanu). Dodatkowo, w ramach warunku kontrolnego zwi\u0105zanego z percepcj\u0105 niespo\u0142eczn\u0105 prezentowane b\u0119d\u0105 dla ka\u017cdego z zada\u0144 pr\u00f3by wymagaj\u0105ce: okre\u015blenia koloru jednej z kropek podczas prezentacji ruchu nie-biologicznego (Z1) lub liczby pi\u0119ter domu mieszkalnego przedstawionego na zdj\u0119ciu (Z2).<\/p>\n<p>W ramach B1 dobrane pod k\u0105tem demograficznym grupy HC (n=50) i SCZ (n=50) po przej\u015bciu oceny wst\u0119pnej (ocena przy u\u017cyciu baterii MATRICS i zestawu test\u00f3w mierz\u0105cych zdolno\u015bci poznania spo\u0142ecznego, w wypadku SCZ dodatkowo ocena psychiatryczna) wykonywa\u0107 b\u0119d\u0105 zadania eksperymentalne w trakcie dw\u00f3ch sesji, z kt\u00f3rych jedna obejmowa\u0107 b\u0119dzie rejestracj\u0119 danych EEG, druga za\u015b badanie fMRI (kolejno\u015b\u0107 rejestracji b\u0119dzie zr\u00f3wnowa\u017cona).
