MSc, Neuroinformatics

He received the M. Sc. (2011) degree in Physics at the University of Warsaw.

His research interests concern Computer Vision algorithms, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Algorithmic Geometry, Computer Graphics, Image Processing and GPGPU.

He has developed complete system for 3d reconstruction of SPECT images using Graphics Processing Units, ray-tracing based software for simulating medical imaging systems basing on NVIDIA OptiX technology and as his Ph.D. project, he is working on algorithms for automatic scoring od facial expression (facial motion capture) in a context pf psychological research.
