MSc, Medical Physics
I completed a bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology at the University of Warsaw, supervised by the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics. Thesis topic: Didactic model of a computed tomography scanner. I obtained a master’s degree in Applications of Physics in Biology and Medicine with a specialization in Neuroinformatics at the Faculty of Physics. Thesis topic: Segmentation of soft tissue in computed tomography images with convolutional neural networks. During my research, I cooperated with Campus Bio-Medico in Rome. Currently, I am researching issues in medical physics related to the physical properties of exosomes.
I am interested in: exosomes, atomic force microscopy, machine learning and image analysis.
