Sinem SERAP

MSc, Neuroinformatics

I have completed my BSc degree from Yeditepe University, Turkey in Systems Engineering with a major on Control Engineering. For my undergraduate thesis I designed the mathematical model of human renal system. Following my BSc, I’ve earned MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering from Bogazici University, Turkey. During MSc studies I’ve completed my internship at Akay Laboratories, Arizona State University, USA.

Currently I am a PhD student at the Department of Biomedical Physics, Faculty of Physics, University of Warsaw.  My research interests are development of brain-machine interfaces for restoring neurological function, neuronal basis of error-related potentials, application of statistical and computational methods to brain imaging and last but not least neurotechnologies.
